『ジャンキーなフードのイメージのアメリカだけど、もっといい食べ物もあるって知って欲しくて』と教えてくれたネイサン。
グレイビーソースをたっぷりつけたビスケットをいただきました。
ビスケットはネイサンがベランダで育てているハーブ入り。グレイビーソースは豚肉ミンチと牛乳でスパイスのきいた白いソース。どちらもとても美味しかったです！ゆったりしたネイサンにとても癒されました！ありがとう！

2015年3月

I visited Nathan(Nate)'s place for weekend lunchtime, and had tons of fun over meals and cooking meals.
His place is near Akihabara station but located in pretty quiet and cozy area. We cooked this meal together using the ingredients that he collected based on his experience, using Japanese cooking pot NABE to make typical American breakfast. What an interesting experience!
He said this Gravy Sauce was originally from southern area in the US, but I am quite sure that this sauce will have great combination with several Japanese meals such as Japanese BBQ Yakiniku or you can just pour this sauce on rice to make.

If you wonder how this sauce taste, just give it a shot! You'll come up with another harmony with the meal you like.
